We are pleased to offer OrthoBanc® as our professional payment management service. OrthoBanc streamlines the process with convenient automatic monthly payments via your checking account or credit card.
With OrthoBanc there is no payment book to keep up with and your payment will be made on time, every time. You can also view your payment history and account details online through OrthoBanc’s secure website. For further convenience, your online statement may be submitted to your Account Administrator for reimbursement through your Medical Flexible Spending Account.
In order for your treatment to proceed as quickly and smoothly as possible, it’s crucial that appointments for appliance checks and adjustments stay on schedule. Barring a last-minute illness or emergency, we request at least 48 hours notice for rescheduled appointments. Providing less than 48 hours notice incurs a charge of up to $125 depending on the length of the missed appointment.
To encourage proper care of your appliance and keep your treatment on schedule, we allow up to two loose band / bracket repairs at no additional cost. After that, each subsequent repair incurs a fee of $75 per band or bracket.
